A space to train your mind
In a world of AI,
be human.
EvolveU is a personal atelier for sustained thinking — seventeen
source-cited methodologies, drawn from decades of research in
cognitive science, philosophy, and creative practice.
The Premise
Most apps are designed to keep you scrolling.
Streaks. Push notifications. Algorithmic re-engagement. Variable rewards.
The modern app stack is engineered for one outcome — your time.
EvolveU is engineered for the opposite. Each practice is a deliberate
session. The app does not interrupt you. There are no streaks to break,
no notifications to dismiss, no infinite feeds. You arrive when you
choose, you leave when you're done.
I will not manipulate you into using this app.
I will not use streaks, algorithmic re-engagement,
or dark patterns to extract your attention.
Your progress is yours.
Principles
Built on five quiet commitments.
i.
No engagement notifications
EvolveU does not send "miss me" prompts, streak warnings, or
algorithmic re-engagement. If you want a daily practice reminder,
you set it. Otherwise, silence.
ii.
Source-cited methodologies
Every practice traces to a named researcher, philosopher, or
tradition — Buzan on mind mapping, Beck on cognitive restructuring,
Loehr & Schwartz on energy. No "wellness" without provenance.
iii.
Anonymous by default
You can use EvolveU without signing in. Sign in is offered, never
required, and exists only to sync your work across devices.
iv.
Your data is yours
Delete your account in two taps from inside the app. Everything
goes — practices, reflections, profile. We don't keep "anonymized"
copies for analytics.
v.
Honest pricing
A 7-day free trial, then $79.99 a year — the billed amount, shown
first. No introductory tricks, no loss-aversion countdowns. Cancel
from Apple Settings any time before the trial ends.
The Library
Seventeen methodologies, each from a serious tradition.
Each methodology is a distinct way of thinking, paired with five
guided practices. Open-ended prompts, no multiple choice. Your
reflections stay in your atelier.
